Ordering
An order is placed when you complete payment. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail; a binding agreement exists once we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is sold out or a price was clearly wrong, in which case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your currency. Parcels are sent from Thailand or China, and prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which your country may charge on delivery (see Shipping). Payment is handled by Stripe and accepts major debit and credit cards. The amount is charged when the order is placed. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery takes 4–10 business days; see Shipping & delivery. The risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase after receiving it, as described under Returns & exchanges.
Complaints
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If we cannot agree, you may complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
