We ship worldwide. Every dress is made to order or dispatched from our atelier partners in Thailand and China, so please allow 4–10 business days from the day your payment is confirmed until the parcel reaches you. Most parcels arrive sooner.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated in the bag from the weight of your order and your country, and is shown before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over $200.
Tracking
You receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If you have not heard from us within 5 business days of your order, write to info@houseofzaina.com.
Customs and import charges
Parcels are sent from Thailand or China. Prices do not include customs duties, import VAT or other import charges. Where your country applies them, the courier collects them on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.
Wrong or damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we will put it right.
