14 days to change your mind
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail at info@houseofzaina.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.
Condition of returned items
The dress must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You may try it on as you would in a shop. If an item has lost value because it was used beyond that, we may deduct the loss from the refund.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item and are responsible for it until it reaches us, so please use a tracked service. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. The return address is sent to you when you tell us you are returning something.
Refund
We refund the full price including the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Return the item as above and place a new order, so the new dress is on its way at once.
Faulty items
Under Danish and EU law you have a 2-year right of complaint for manufacturing faults. Contact us with photos and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund. Faults caused by wear, washing or alteration are not covered.
